Singapore Noodles Vietnamese style. A popular dish in Vietnam with their take on this dish. Vermicelli rice noodles are stir-fried with shrimp, carrots, onions, cabbage, and BBQ pork. Topped with a salad of lettuce and sprouts and side serve of tomato and cucumber. Unlike the Chinese version it doesn't have curry but as with most Vietnamese dishes you adjust the heat to your liking with chili (ớt) and light soy sauce (nước tương).
